Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Anti-Turnitin, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. It's that simple.

Description of Service

Anti-Turnitin is an AI text humanization platform. You submit AI-generated text, and our engines rewrite it to be undetectable by AI content detectors like Turnitin, GPTZero, and Originality.ai. The service is provided via our web application at antiturnitin.com.

Account Registration

To use Anti-Turnitin, you need to create an account with a valid email address and password. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at hello@antiturnitin.com.

Acceptable Use

Anti-Turnitin is a tool. Like any tool, how you use it is your responsibility. We provide AI text humanization technology — what you do with the output is up to you.

You are solely responsible for complying with your institution's academic integrity policies, honor codes, and any applicable rules or regulations. We do not encourage or condone the use of our service in ways that violate your school's, university's, or employer's policies. It is your responsibility to understand what is and isn't permitted in your context.

You agree not to:

• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our processing algorithms
• —Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission
• —Use automated scripts or bots to access the service in ways that exceed normal usage
• —Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights

Intellectual Property

You own your content. The text you submit and the humanized output you receive are yours. We claim no ownership or license over your content.

The Anti-Turnitin platform, including our humanization engines, algorithms, website design, and brand assets, are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

Text Processing

We do not store, read, log, or retain any text you submit for humanization. Your text exists in server memory only during active processing and is deleted immediately once the result is returned. We have no ability to access or retrieve your text after processing is complete.

We do not use your submitted text to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Anti-Turnitin available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We also do not guarantee specific detection bypass rates. While we maintain a high pass rate, AI detection technology evolves constantly and results may vary depending on the detector, text length, and content type.

Limitation of Liability

Anti-Turnitin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in activity that harms other users or our infrastructure.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Any provisions of these terms that should survive termination (such as limitation of liability and intellectual property) will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of Anti-Turnitin after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
